The KTA Cross Cut Guide Kit contains all of the equipment you will need to perform cross-cut adhesion testing according to Method B in ASTM D3359, "Measuring Adhesion By Tape Test." A precision machined stainless steel guide/template contains 11 precut slots for maintaining 2mm spacing between incisions, and contains adjustable, pointed set screws for leveling the guide on uneven surfaces. The side of the guide can be used to generate the "X-Cut" when performing testing according to Method A in the standard. The Guide is packaged in a protective vinyl pouch with an allan wrench. Kit comes complete with a Guide, knife and blades, roll of tape and a copy of the ASTM test method, all in a foam-fitted durable plastic carrying case.
