Delmhorst, a leader in moisture detection instrumentation offers a series of precision, battery-operated instruments for detecting moisture in wood, gypsum, plaster, concrete and other materials of construction. The lightweight, portable meter (7.5" x 3" x 1.75") indicates when surfaces contain too much moisture for safe coating application. Dual electrodes penetrate the surface and the moisture content is read from the digital display. One 9v battery is included with the gage. The instrument can be customized with three different types of electrodes. Pre-packaged meters and electrodes in a carrying case are also available. 2E and 22-E electrodes are for all materials except roofing and insulation; 21-E electrodes are insulated and designed for use on roofing and insulation.
