KTA Surface Contamination Analysis Test (SCAT) Kits are used to extract surface samples and analyze the samples for chlorides and other soluble salts. All of the KTA SCAT Kits conform to SSPC Guide 15, and contain all of the equipment required to perform testing in the field. The KTA Bresle-SCAT Kit I contains a water demineralizer cartridge, 50 Bresle Patches (latex cells), two - 5cc syringes w/ needles, two plastic beakers, a bottle of Quantab chloride indicator strips, a bottle of EM Quant ferrous ion test strips, pH paper and easy to follow instructions. All equipment is contained in a handy plastic carrying case.
