Qnix 8500

The Qnix 8500 is a non-destructive gage that measures the thickness of non-magnetic coatings applied to both ferrous and non-ferrous metals surfaces. The gage features a modern design that accomodates one-hand operation, a modular system of digital probes (ferrous, non-ferrous metal and dual probe, all sold separately) and a large, high resolution, backlit display in multiple languages, including a flip display option. A unique illuminated keypad helps with gage navigation in dark environments. Gage comes complete with batteries, adapter cable for extenal probe attachment, soft pouch and hard carrying case. The options include probes, shims for verification of gage accuracy, QNix software and USB interface cable. Available in several Basic (B) and Premier (P) models. Accuracy is +/- 2% of the reading; Gage conforms to ASTM D7091 and SSPC-PA2.
