Sling Psychrometers are used to measure the air and wet bulb temperatures, in order to determine the relative humidity and dew point temperature. The Taylor sling psychrometer is a portable, plastic, self-contained, hand-held psychrometer containing two 5" long bulb thermometers and a cotton wick. Bulb thermometers are filled with permacolor red liquid or mercury. A built-in slide rule reveals relative humidity at a glance. Accuracy of the thermometers is +/- 1°. The instrument conforms to ASTM E 337. Made in the USA.
