The Vaprecision Calcium Chloride Moisture Vapor Emission Kit contains all of the supplies to check for residual moisture in concrete slabs. Each kit contains three pre-labeled, sealed anhydrous calcium chloride canisters individually stored inside foil packets, three pre-gasketed clear plastic domes with Caution tags, a tack cloth to remove concrete surface dust, a concrete pH test, instructions for placement and a worksheet for calculating vapor emission rates according to ASTM F1869. Pre- and post-weighing of the canisters is required. Weighing services are provided by the KTA Laboratory (fee applies). An optional Vaprecision gram scale can also be purchased.
