A Reliable Source - KTA offers “one-stop-shopping” for all of your coatings inspection instrument needs. We represent over 50 manufacturers of equipment and standards, and carry over 200 varieties of coatings inspection instrumentation. KTA fully guarantees all of the inspection equipment, publications and test panels we sell, and we offer a complete refund to customers who are not 100% satisfied with their purchase. KTA is a stocking distributor, which means getting you the equipment you need overnight if necessary. In rare cases when we are out of stock, we can have the equipment drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
Toll-Free Instrument Hotline – KTA offers customers a toll-free hotline (1-800-KTA-GAGE [1-800-582-4243]) to place orders, check pricing and availability, check the status of calibration or repair services or to trace a shipment.
Quality Assurance – Each gage we sell is individually verified for accuracy prior to serialization and packaging/shipping. Verification is conducted in accordance with the KTA Quality Management System. Our Instrument Sales Staff is trained to perform quality assurance procedures on every gage we sell.
Instrument Traceability – Once a new gage is verified for accuracy, it is assigned a unique KTA serial number, so that it can be traced directly to the original purchaser, and a record of repairs and other maintenance work can be verified.
Certificates of Compliance – KTA offers Certificates of Compliance for most of the instruments we sell. If the Certificate is provided by the equipment manufacturer, then there is no fee. If the manufacturer does not routinely provide Certificates, then KTA can provide one for a nominal fee.
Calibration Service – KTA offers a calibration service to customers who desire a dated Certificate of Calibration. There is a nominal charge for this service.
Instrument Repair Service – KTA offers a complete repair service for many of the instruments we sell. Repair estimates are communicated to the customer before any repairs are made.
Instrument Rental Program – KTA maintains a rental fleet of certain instruments for those customers who have a limited use for the equipment, and cannot justify an outright purchase. Accuracy of rental equipment is verified before each lease.
Ease of Purchase – KTA offers customers several options in which to purchase equipment. With proper credit references, an account can be opened and a customer can be invoiced against a Purchase Order. KTA provides a safe, secure site where you can comfortably use American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa to pay for product and shipping. KTA can also ship C.O.D. and accepts wire transfer prepayments.
