How to use the KTA Catalogue

First, select a category by using the pulldown menu. Alternatively, select a "Specials of the Week" item.

Once you have selected a category, the next page will include a list of products in that category. Select a product by clicking on the product name or image. Make sure to read the Helpful Hints for tips on using the products.

On the "Product Pages" you can enter in the number of items you would like to purchase. When you click "Add to Cart" the items selected will be added to your shopping cart for purchasing.

The following page allows you to continue shopping, or go to checkout. When you go to checkout the system will allow you to review your order and change any quantities of items, or items selected for purchase.

While going through the checkout process you will be required to fill out a billing address form, choose a shipping method, fill out a shipping address form (which can be the same as the billing address), and choose a payment method.

There are three payment methods available:

1. Pay using a purchase order, with an existing account;
2. Pay using a purchase order, without an existing account;
3. Pay using a credit card.
4. International orders without credit card.
5. Order by phone or fax.

Paying with a purchase order only applies if you have an existing account with KTA. If you want to pay using a purchase order but do not have an existing account, you will be asked to fill out a "Credit Application Form". Once filled out, the system will let you either pay by credit card or wait until the credit application has been approved and then pay using a purchase order.

Paying with a credit card requires that you supply your credit card number.

If you are located outside of the US or Canada and do not want to use a credit card to make your purchase, then select the option four, which will send your order securely to the KTA Sales Department who will contact you for credit card information.

To order by phone or fax, choose option five. This will allow you to print out your order with the billing/shipping information and then complete your order by phone or fax.

The final step is to review all of the information you have supplied, including your billing and shipping addresses.

When you choose to "Finish Checkout" your order will be securely transmitted to KTA's Sales Staff.
