The SSPC Paint Contractor Certification Program (PCCP),
Qualification Procedure 2 requires an 8-hour annual
refresher training for foremen, supervisors, and other
comptetent persons. In addition, the OSHA Lead in
Construction Standard requires annual training for all
employees who may be exposed to lead above the Action
